-Masquerade VI-

A big body with a big sound, that’s what we went for when I was commissioned this instrument, designed and built with vintage influences. Hand carved maple top and back with oversized sound holes, layered mahogany/maple/mahogany sides, and a centre block made with old growth Tuscan chestnut. This six string bass, has a mahogany neck and ebony fretboard, 30” inches scale length, a ‘62 C shape neck, slim with just a bit more string spacing for comfort at the nut, made of raw bone.

This instrument delivers warm clear tones with the set of hand wound Rustydeluxe pickups, and gets punchy and tight once switched to the bridge position, you can even solo on this beast. Sounds just as great unplugged, thanks to the big acoustic chamber, the responsive chestnut heart, and the oversized sound holes.

Commissioned by Truls Morck, bass player of the Swedish rock band “Graveyard”, this model it’s inspired by his first SG bought over 20 years ago in New York, still his number one he uses for his self named solo project, that is currently touring after the release of the new record “What A Time To Be Alive”. Like his custom short scale TP0 bass, a combination of Mahogany and Rosewood neck with Korina body, light and very resonant, with a Neil Young inspired tone combo, all kept simple and bare bones, without too much hardware, sometimes you just have to trust wood…

25.5” scale, old stock Tuscan chestnut contoured solid body, Maple neck, Cocobolo fretboard, 2 Guyatone style foil pickups, Schaller STM roller bridge, Descendant Vibrato, Kluson deluxe vintage Tuners… A “race to space” 60’s Italian design with the playability of finest American builds of the surf rock era.

25.5” scale length, offset two piece very light and resonant Alder body, Maple neck , dark Amazon Rosewood fretboard, two Rusty Deluxe custom handwounds JM P90’s, with the vesatile Rhythm circuit, Staytrem Bridge, and the classic style vibrato. My take on an American Classic, the guitar that shaped those twangy, springy surf rock tones, this one with custom handwound P90’s for a warmer and deeper amount of tone, named after a surf spot in Northern California, where the waves get real big…

-Meteorite Type III-

Inspired by a unique Vintage ‘66 Mosrite “The Ventures” I once had the luck to acquire from my dear friend and Master, Philippe Dubreuille. Wide, German carved, hand contoured, reverse offset body, 24.75” scale, fast neck, Angled headstock, any combination of pickups and hardware possible...

30.5” scale, Korina body, Mahogany neck and Cocobolo fretboard, Tbird soapbar pickup, Duesenberg tuners, 3 point anchor vintage style bridge… Dynamic and Versatile, from low end, below ground frequencies, to melodic fuzzy articulate reefs.

-TMaster Bass-

34” scale Alder body, Korina Neck, Cocobolo Fretboard, Jazzamster fit/Pbass pickup, Gotoh tuners, Duesenberg bridge… Punchy and full bodied tones with great playability

-Meteorite Bass-

30.5” scale, Alder body, Korina Neck, Ebony Fretboard, Custom 60’s teisco pickup with coil tap, wound by Gemini pickups, Tesi killswitch, Duesenberg Machine heads, 3 point anchor vintage style bridge… Real 60’s look, vintage sounding and articulate, with infinite tonal options.

-Meteorite Type II-

25.5”scale, reversed offset body, German carved, based on the early 70’s Univox Phase II from my collection, loved by many on the Grunge and Punk Rock scene, modernized, sturdier built, rugged finished…

24” scale, hollow body, Masonite top and back, Pine frame and Tulip centre block, exactly like the vintage 50’s Silvertone, Danelectro, Coral were made. With the vintage “sail” headstock style, an intepretation of the 1956 model with a JM pickup wound by Rusty Deluxe, Gotoh tune-o-matic and vintage tailpiece, available in all vintage metallic and flaked finishes…

-Mercury-

Newly redesigned and upgraded, 24.75” scale, double cut, full thickness Mahogany body, now with set Korina neck and Mexican Granadillo fretboard, built for Rock, heavy gain tones, or muddy blues. Avilable with a pair of Rusty Deluxe Humbuckers, Tonepros wraparound intonating bridge, or Schaller STM roller bridge, and a Bigsby B7.

Like the American classics, not just copies though, with a wider lower bout, a steeper shoulder and the T.P.Customs cutaway, All types of Maple and Rosewood fretboard, or one piece necks, T-style pickup combos of all sorts, ashtray or modern T-style bridge. from twang to mud with endless sustain! A tribute to the most versatile guitar ever existed, the one that started all, well, this is my own version…
